The Critical Incident Stress Management Lead role sits within Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, leading trust-wide staff support after traumatic events. The postholder coordinates responses to incidents likely to affect staff psychologically, such as deaths, violence and safeguarding events, and reviews the service.
