Responsibilities

• advise on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a varied client base
• handle complex workplace disputes, restructures, senior exits, investigations, Tribunal litigation and strategic HR matters
• contribute to client relationships and generate repeat/referral work
• work with senior specialists and benefit from mentoring and partner access
• support in-house training, technology adoption, and internal development programmes
• deliver pragmatic, commercially-minded advice with a collaborative approach

Key requirements

• 2-6 PQE in Employment Solicitor
