In this role you will lead the design and delivery of scalable data solutions within Accenture’s AI & Data practice. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to shape architecture and roadmaps that unlock data-driven AI capabilities for clients. You will mentor junior architects, drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of innovation. Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable data solutions using modern technologies
• Drive growth, capability development, and collaborative culture within the practice
• Identify gaps in client architecture and support solution development
• Shape strategy and roadmaps for AI and data architectures
• Provide ongoing architectural support to delivery teams across lifecycles
• Facilitate client workshops and gather requirements
• Drive thought leadership on AI/data architecture patterns
• Mentor junior architects and promote best practices
• Prototype new technologies and develop proofs of concept
• Establish strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor

Key requirements

• Experience establishing a business function or community of practice with growth
• Strategic thinker with analytical and creative mindset
• Staying current with AI and data trends and applying them to opportunities
• Experience building AI-enabled data architecture
• Deep experience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and relevant certifications
• Hands-on experience with AI/agentic solutions
• Background in software development, data engineering or data science with AI/Data Architecture specialization
• Expertise across data domains: modelling, engineering, governance, consumption
• Working knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, Anthropic
• Excellent communication and collaboration, client-facing
• Experience leading technical teams across project streams
