Dow Jones in London is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to manage renewals for a defined set of Global Risk Insights customers in the EMEA region. You will collaborate with Account Executives and internal teams to protect contract revenue and drive renewals with a strong focus on customer success.
You will monitor usage, onboard new users, coordinate training, and help identify upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate client records.
