Transport Shift Manager – Nights – 4on4off | EV Car Scheme

Culina is seeking a Transport Shift Manager to lead the transport shift, coaching staff and ensuring adherence to health, safety and regulatory standards. The role covers night work on a 4 on/4 off cycle, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across depot transport operations.

You will manage staff, liaise with third-party hauliers, monitor KPIs and support service improvements for customers. Strong leadership and planning skills are essential.
