Senior Team Manager, Integrated Mental Health

Kirklees Council is seeking a Deputy Team Manager to join the South Kirklees Enhanced Team in Huddersfield. The role involves line management of social workers and care practitioners within an integrated multi-disciplinary team, delivering evidence-based and recovery-focused care.

You will work to strengthen the adult social care pathway, collaborate with NHS partners, and support the team in delivering person-centred services. DBS check is required; permanent position with 37 hours weekly.
