At Groundwork Cheshire Lancashire & Merseyside, we’re looking for an exceptional leader to drive the delivery of our ambitious Jobs Guarantee Programme, helping young people overcome barriers, build confidence and move into sustainable employment, education and training.

This is more than programme management.

What You’ll Be Leading

• Strategic delivery of a flagship employment programme
• A dedicated team of Employment Coaches and an Employer Engagement Officer
• Relationships with employers, commissioners and key partners
• Performance, quality and continuous improvement
