Learning Design Lead: Build Engaging Blended Learning

Capital One (Europe) plc is seeking a Learning Design Lead based in our Nottingham office with a hybrid work pattern. You will lead a team of Learning Designers, design blended learning strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders across the UK and India to improve training outcomes.

In this role you will develop engaging learning materials, produce video/audio assets, and drive evaluation of learning impact while supporting frontline teams.
