Talent Acquisition Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR & TA Specialist with a strong background in healthcare recruitment, particularly hiring GPs, Doctors, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Manage end-to-end healthcare recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, references, and compliance documentation.
• Partner with hiring managers to fulfil recruitment needs efficiently.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Proven experience hiring GPs, doctors, nurses, or clinical staff.
• Strong sourcing, Boolean search, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and professional registrations is preferred.
