KS2 Class Teacher – Full Time (Long Term)

Location: Barnet, North London | Salary: Paid to Scale (dependent on experience) | Contract: Full Time – Long Term | Start Date: September 2026

Sanza Teaching Agency are working with a welcoming and high‑achieving primary school in Barnet who are seeking a confident KS2 Class Teacher to join their team on a full‑time, long‑term basis from September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering lessons across the KS2 curriculum
• Adapting teaching to suit different year groups (Years 3‑5)
• Monitoring pupil progress and providing targeted support
• Creating an engaging and positive classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with the KS2 team
• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Confidence teaching across Years 3‑5
• Strong classroom management skills
• A flexible and proactive attitude
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for primary education
