Engagement Manager

Overview

In this Engagement Manager role, you will lead the delivery of Pigment implementations for strategic customers and drive real-time value through AI-enabled delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions and guide executive stakeholders through workshops. You’ll accelerate modeling and insights using AI capabilities, while seeking opportunities to expand use cases across ERP and operations. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer engagements
• Structure complex business problems into scalable solutions
• Lead executive workshops with CFO/COO/VP-level stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into solution design with Solution Architects
• Leverage AI-powered capabilities to accelerate modeling and insights
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (SAs, AI Architects, modelers)
• Drive customer adoption and long-term value realization
• Identify opportunities to expand into new use cases (ERP, operations)

Key requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in consulting, tech, or data-driven roles
• Bachelor or Master degree from a top tier institution
• Experience at leading professional services firms or top tier technology companies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Interest in AI and enterprise software
