National Director, Building Safety & Compliance

Stonewater Housing Association is seeking a Director of Building Safety & Compliance to lead a national safety agenda across our portfolio. You will drive a culture of safety, ensure statutory compliance, audit processes, and manage the Building Safety & Compliance team while coordinating with contracts and governance bodies.

You will oversee two critical areas—people safety and policy effectiveness—while delivering strategic objectives for the Safety, Growth & Investment Directorate.
