Responsibilities

• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations
• Leading and developing a small finance team
• Overseeing cash management and cash flow forecasting
• Managing month-end processes, reconciliations and financial controls
• Supporting VAT compliance and financial reporting requirements
• Assisting with year-end accounts and audit preparation
• Identifying and implementing process improvements across the finance function

Key requirements

• Experience managing finance operations, accounts payable or accounts receivable functions
• A recognised accountancy qualification, part-qualification or strong qualified-by-experience background
• Strong financial control, reconciliation and reporting experience
• Experience working with ERP finance systems
• Excellent organisational, leadership and stakeholder management skills
