Highway Surfacing Supervisor

Our client, a Market Leader in Highway Surfacing sector, requires an established Surfacing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of a number of road reconstruction schemes, based in the North Wales region.

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Overtime/Uplift Allowance, Company Vehicle & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of road reconstruction schemes
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage and lead a team of workers
• Plan and organise work schedules
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Key Qualifications

• Relevant UK experience in Machine Lay Roads & Highways Asphalt Paving
• Strong team leadership, organisational & planning, and relationship building skills
• Good understanding of highway surfacing processes
