Proposals Manager

Overview

In this Pitch Manager role, you will own and lead panel pitches across the firm’s practices within a collaborative Business Development function. You’ll build relationships with senior stakeholders and work with BD and knowledge teams to craft high-quality proposals. This position offers broad visibility across an international law firm and a chance to shape strategic pitches that support firm growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead panel pitches across all practices
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across the firm
• Collaborate with the BD team and knowledge/research teams to generate quality content
• Drive the proposals process to produce compelling pitches
• Ensure consistency and quality of client-facing proposals
• Work across firm-wide practices to align on bid strategies
