Partnerships Manager

Overview

As Partnerships Manager, you will drive governance and oversight across Health, Education and Social Care to embed continuous improvement within safeguarding and other partnerships. You will work closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment, leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver lasting positive change. This role sits in the Projects and Partnerships service within the Quality Improvement Division, shaping cross-organizational collaboration. Your work supports values-driven services that place children and families at the centre of everything we do. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders to challenge conventional approaches and deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior managers across Health, Education and Social Care to provide governance and oversight
• Identify, deliver, and embed improvement across safeguarding and other partnerships
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams, motivating members and challenging conventional ways of working
• Ensure delivery of sustainable improvements and alignment with organizational priorities
