AI Consulting Engineer – Senior Associate

Overview

In this role you will help clients deploy and govern enterprise AI solutions, from initial readiness to production systems. You collaborate with AI Platform Engineering, Security, and Advisory teams to move clients from experimentation to scalable, secure adoption. You’ll build AI agents and automations, support managed services, and enable clients through workshops and hands-on enablement. This is a hands-on, cross-functional consulting role focused on delivering practical AI use cases with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support enterprise AI assistants (Microsoft Copilot, Claude)
• Assess client readiness across Microsoft 365 environments, identity, data, security, governance, and change management
• Plan rollout, onboarding, configuration, connectors, access controls, and platform settings
• Support managed AI platform operations: onboarding, monitoring, troubleshooting, continuous improvement
• Build and customize AI agents, automations, and lightweight applications using low-code tools and AI development aids
• Lead or support client workshops, discovery sessions, and adoption activities; translate business needs into technical requirements
• Ensure responsible AI practices and safe use of AI tools
• Maintain documentation and client-facing recommendations

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in relevant fields
• Experience in technology consulting, cloud services, enterprise apps, IT administration, or AI solution delivery
• Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise AI assistant, cloud platform, or AI development tool
• Knowledge of identity/access management, security, governance, and troubleshooting
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly and collaborate across business and technical teams
• Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a consulting environment
