Lead Commercial Senior QS on £30m+ Residential Site

Privately Owned Housebuilder (Non-PLC) in Maidstone, Kent seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility on a £30m+ residential development. The role is site-based with long-term scope, offering autonomy and ownership on a 2+ year scheme.

You will lead commercial activities on site, manage procurement, valuations, forecasts, variations, and final accounts, working closely with project and site teams from start to finish.
