Associate Director, Child & Family Services Leader

Wiikwemkoong Child and Family Services seeks an Associate Director of Child and Family Services to lead program operations in-office on Wiikwemkoong Reserve. The role reports directly to the Director of Child and Family Services.

Requirements include a Master’s or bachelor’s degree in social work, 5+ years in Social Services within a First Nation community, 3+ years supervisory experience, and 7–10 years in child welfare. Strong knowledge of Ojibway culture and CYFSA funding is essential.
