PCB Team Lead

Overview

You will lead a global PCB layout team to deliver high-quality layouts that meet project schedules and manufacturing handover requirements. You’ll shape processes, drive consistency, and push for continuous improvement through automation and better tooling. As a key liaison, you’ll coordinate with hardware, silicon, signal integrity, power integrity, and manufacturing colleagues to ensure seamless delivery. This role offers impact on complex boards and production readiness within Arm’s innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global PCB layout team across projects
• Plan layout activities, estimate effort, and support project schedules
• Improve layout planning and build reviews with automation and EDA tooling
• Serve as primary contact for PCB layout planning and delivery status

Key requirements

• Experience directing or supervising PCB layout engineers or comparable technical groups
• Expertise in planning and managing PCB layout work and project schedules
• Strong understanding of PCB build flows, layout reviews, and manufacturing handover (DFT/DFM)
• Experience collaborating with hardware, silicon, signal integrity, power integrity, mechanical, and manufacturing teams
• Effective people management, mentoring, and development planning
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience managing vendors/suppliers relationships to support the team
