Clinical Services Director — Quality & Governance Lead

Excelcare is seeking a Head of Clinical Services in Harlow to drive clinical excellence at the Abbott Nursing Home. You will oversee governance, audits and quality assurance, and lead three Service Managers to deliver safe, person-centred care and improve resident outcomes.
