Shape.Construction is seeking a hands-on marketing leader to own full-funnel paid acquisition for main contractors across the UK, US and Europe. You’ll run Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and more, optimise cost per booked demo, and coordinate with SDRs to ensure a steady flow of qualified demos.

You’ll manage tracking, attribution, and HubSpot integration, while briefing design and content teams to continually improve campaigns in a fully remote, scalable setup.
