Trauma‑Informed HLTA — Small Classes & Growth Opportunities

Compass Community is seeking an HLTA to support children with SEMH/SEND in classrooms across our settings. This role involves working 1:1 or in small groups, managing resources, and assisting on trips and in therapy sessions.
