HRGO Recruitment is seeking a People Partner / HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed term contract at a North Wales manufacturing site. The role is hybrid with four days onsite and one day WFH, supporting ~100 employees and reporting to site leadership.
You will provide practical HR guidance, coach managers, manage ER issues, and drive people initiatives across the site, collaborating with senior management to achieve business objectives.
