Hybrid HR Operations Leader for Transformation

Swindon Borough Council is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the Colleague Experience Centre and shape HR service delivery during a major transformation.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead a team of six direct reports, drive KPI-based improvements, governance and system enhancements, and collaborate with the wider HR/OD functions to support workforce planning and change initiatives.
