Venn Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Capital Projects) for an NHS capital programme in Surrey. Lead major and minor schemes from feasibility to handover, coordinating internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors to deliver on time, safely and within budget.
The role requires a construction/estates background, NHS experience, and strong governance, tendering and specification skills. Contract runs until April 2027 with a likely on-site role in Surrey.
