Senior Associate Director Project Manager

Overview

In this role you lead high-value hotel projects within a prominent construction consultancy, guiding projects from inception to handover. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and help attract new business. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-value hotel projects (new build and fit-out)
• Provide strong client-facing leadership and relationship management
• Oversee pre- and post-contract project management from inception to handover
• Supervise a team of project managers at varying levels
• Utilize JCT D&B and other contracts; ensure contract compliance
• Contribute to business development and bringing in new clients
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Ensure project performance, risk management, and quality control

Key requirements

• MRICS, MAPM, RIBA, MICE or similar qualification
• BSc or MSc in construction-related field
• Extensive PM experience on high-value hotel projects
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to win new business
• Good pre- and post-contract PM experience
• Experience supervising a team
• Proficient English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical abilities
