Executive Headteacher – Catholic Primary Schools (Two Sites)

Pembrokeshire County Council seeks an Executive Headteacher to lead two Catholic primary schools, Mary Immaculate and St. Teilo’s. The appointee will manage a senior team, devote time to both sites, and uphold a strong Catholic ethos while driving pupil outcomes.

The role requires a practising Catholic with strategic vision, superb communication, and commitment to Welsh curriculum standards. NPQH is required prior to appointment.
