Overview
In this role you will help shape and grow a specialist public sector disputes practice in South Wales. You will lead complex procurement and governance-related disputes, advise major organisations, and drive strategic growth while mentoring junior lawyers. You will build strong relationships across the Welsh public sector and play a key part in shaping the future direction of the practice within a collaborative, ambitious environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex procurement and public sector litigation matters
- Advise on contractual, commercial and governance-related disputes
- Develop and strengthen relationships across the Welsh public sector market
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to strategic growth
- Mentor junior lawyers and help shape a high-performing team
Key requirements
- Substantial experience handling public sector procurement and regulated environment disputes
- Strong market reputation in disputes
- Ability to lead clients and colleagues with confidence
- Willingness to relocate or operate in Wales (if not already)
