Director, AI Engineering & Agentic Platforms

JTC Group is seeking an experienced Director of AI Engineering to lead AI/ML model development and agentic systems across the Group. You will architect and scale the Agentic Platform, ensure governance and cost discipline, and partner with PE sponsor reporting to deliver measurable ROI.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep expertise in LLMs, and the ability to translate engineering progress into strategic business narratives for executive stakeholders.
