Airport IT Field Support – 1st/2nd Line, On-Site Heathrow

Deerfoot IT Resources Limited is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Heathrow operations on-site. The role covers Level 1 and 2 incident management, proactive maintenance, and deployments across airside environments. Shifts alternate between days and nights with on-call duties in a fast-paced airport setting.

You will troubleshoot, configure hardware and software, and collaborate with engineering and operational teams while ensuring security and compliance requirements are met.
