UDIRECT Support is seeking a caring Personal Assistant to help two non-verbal 8-year-old girls with autism in Carlisle. The role focuses on home-based support, ensuring daily routines, feeding and personal care are carried out with patience and empathy.
You will provide safe, engaging supervision within the family home, prioritising comfort and wellbeing while following the family’s routines. This role does not require community outings and offers a competitive rate dependent on experience.
