Lead Joinery & Fit-Out Foreman – On-Site Supervisor

Thorn Baker Recruitment is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to oversee installation works on a Corby project. The role requires strong supervision of joinery, fit-out or installation teams, ensuring work meets quality standards and programme deadlines.

You will coordinate materials and labour, maintain health and safety standards, and liaise with the site management team to report progress. A CSCS card and supervisory qualifications are preferred.
