Senior Quantity Surveyor – Rail/Infrastructure (HS2) Hybrid

Tradestech Recruitment is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor to support HS2 works valued around £20 million. The role covers commercial management from valuations and cost reporting to subcontract management and final accounts, with hybrid working from Northampton office 1–2 days a week and occasional site visits.

You should have experience in groundworks or infrastructure, knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts, and the ability to manage your own workload and communicate with clients
