Responsibilities

• Deliver planning and consenting for major infrastructure projects
• Lead projects when required and manage delivery timelines
• Develop client relationships and support business development
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to shape project outcomes
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to capacity building

Key requirements

• Experience delivering and consenting major infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and infrastructure consenting processes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and collaborate across teams
• Professional accreditation such as MRTPI (and/or relevant qualifications)
• For Principal level: experience leading projects and mentoring staff
