Public Helpdesk Officer — Policing Support (Shift/Weekend Pay)

Cheshire Constabulary is seeking a Helpdesk Officer to assist the public in person at the station and by phone via 101. You will manage enquiries, record incidents and support frontline officers, contributing to community safety.

The role requires excellent communication and a calm, multi-tasking approach in a busy environment. Training is provided. A positive service mindset will be essential.
