People Operations Specialist – Onboarding & Engagement

Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking an organized administrator to support talent development, HR processes, and people services across two villages. You will coordinate trainings, inductions, and engagement activities while helping streamline onboarding, offboarding, and data reporting.

Ideal candidates will be proactive, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The role offers 60-hour over 4-week scheduling with core hours likely 9am–5pm, two days per week.
