Regional Finance Director – Auto Dealerships (Hybrid)

BCT Resourcing is seeking a Regional Accountant to manage financial control, reporting and performance analysis for three dealership sites in the UK. The role leads a small finance team and partners with General Managers to drive profitability, cash flow and financial governance.

Hybrid working is possible and the post includes a company car and a 10% bonus (OTE £66,000) depending on experience. Sites include Kidlington, Swindon and Banbury; travel between sites will be required.
