Senior Project Manager – Construction Consultancy

Overview

As Senior Project Manager in our Real Estate team, you will lead large-scale construction projects from inception to delivery. You’ll develop plans, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives. You will enforce governance, assess risks, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on role with client-facing responsibilities and opportunities to mentor others, shaping high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of large-scale construction projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet objectives
• Implement project governance, processes, and systems
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning
• Monitor finances and manage change control
• Facilitate communication through meetings and reports
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance
• Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
• Mentor and guide junior project managers

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• PMP certification
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong client and contractor relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a consultancy environment preferred
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED is a plus
