The Estates Services Site Lead at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust takes ownership of standards and day‑to‑day operations across the designated site(s), providing frontline maintenance services. The postholder is the main contact and lead for all building users, visitors, staff and contractors on estates activities, with daily site visits to maintain visibility and communication.
Sites include inpatient wards, community outpatient sites and general offices.
