Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate complex bid proposals across water and energy sectors
• Translate technical information into persuasive narratives that support winning bids
• Coordinate and upskill the bidding team and stakeholders across disciplines
• Collaborate with marketing professionals and designers to align proposals with client needs
• Manage multiple bids and deadlines under pressure
• Enhance market positioning and project win rate through strategic input

Key requirements
