Transformation Change Senior Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead enterprise transformational change initiatives powered by technology across ERP and cloud platforms. You will join Change Consulting Services within UKI Talent and Organisation, helping clients shape and deliver large-scale change and digital-enabled transformations. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to align leadership, culture and communication, delivering measurable value. This is a growth-focused role with exposure to cutting-edge programmes and a global network of change experts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise transformational change projects underpinned by SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday and Salesforce to define Change Management solutions
• Manage the lifecycle of transformation initiatives including vision, leadership engagement, change planning, culture and behaviour change, communications and measurement
• Support growth of the Change consulting practice through innovation, capability development and market thought leadership
• Create market-relevant Change Management viewpoints, blogs and offerings to strengthen Accenture’s Change consulting and T&O
• Deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients

Key requirements

• Proven track record in managing enterprise transformational change programmes
• Experience with SAP S/4, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors or Salesforce technology
• Lead change management planning and detailed impact assessments
• Transformation vision creation, leadership alignment and storytelling
• Communication strategy development and engagement interventions with digital/AI tooling
• Learning needs analysis and content development
• End-to-end technology implementation lifecycle experience
