Co-op is seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Digital to shape financial governance as Product Teams scale. You’ll bridge Finance, SPA and Product, drive readiness, and ensure robust controls while supporting agile ways of working across multiple Product Teams.

You’ll partner with Finance Business Partners and Delivery Managers, fostering strong relationships and clear accountability as the model grows, including capitalisation and asset accounting considerations.
