Head of Legal – Funds & Regulatory Strategy

London CIV is seeking a Head of Legal to lead the firm’s legal affairs, providing pragmatic, commercially-focused advice across investment funds, regulatory matters and outsourcing arrangements.

You will oversee external advisers, coordinate fund launches, governance changes and ongoing compliance, while supporting the Executive Committee and maintaining strong internal controls. Flexible working and a 12-month contract are offered.
