Senior Growth Manager — Dual-Pod Ownership & Rapid Scale

M-KOPA is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own two core growth pods in year one and drive multi-channel campaigns across UK/Europe/Africa. You’ll own lifecycle initiatives, run experiments, and build scalable playbooks from day one.

Reporting to the Lifecycle CRM Lead, you’ll shape pod leadership and impact ROI with CleverTap, Braze and Looker, in a fully remote role aligned to UTC time zones.
