Role
Joining a highly ranked commercial disputes team you will have a strong focus on matters relating to the technology sectors with work including:
- Software and other licensing
- Copyright
- Projects and IT outsourcing
- Licensing including patents
- Confidentiality/trade secrets
- High court appeals and litigation
- Arbitration
- Mediation
Key attractions

Successful candidate
- 5-10 PQE, England & Wales
- Commercial disputes experience with a strong focus on the technology sector (at least 50% of your time)
- High court litigation experience
