This is a rare opportunity for a mid-level tax associate to join the London office of this international law firm. Ideal candidates will be 1-4 pqe (although candidates outside of this range with relevant experience will also be considered), and have experience from another top UK or US law firm.
The team advise on direct and indirect tax aspects of fund/investment management matters, corporate tax (including the tax aspects of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions) as well as the tax aspects of complex financing transactions.
The tax team works closely with the corporate and funds teams and the London office has a great reputation for promoting a supportive and collegiate working environment, with training and development that is second to none.
