Deputy COLP – Strategic Regulatory Risk Leader

Mills & Reeve is seeking a Deputy COLP to join our General Counsel team in Cambridge, Birmingham or Manchester. This senior role oversees regulatory compliance, supports the COLP, and helps manage regulatory and commercial risk with high level advisory input.

You will engage with the SRA, shape strategic responses, and lead on critical matters with autonomy, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders to evolve the function and protect the firm’s clients and reputation.
