Contract CRM Trainer – Dynamics 365 or Salesforce | London

Lithium3 is seeking an IT Trainer specializing in CRM training to design, write and deliver CRM training for a London-based client. Focus on Dynamics 365 or Salesforce, and understanding customer record management as a process.

You will also create strong technical specifications, briefs, policies and test scripts, with emphasis on documentation. The contract is 3 months with potential for more projects, based in London with nationwide travel; role outside IR35.
