Workshop Manager – Heavy Vehicles & HSE Lead (12-Month Contract)

Fusion Talent is recruiting a Workshop Manager in Alfreton, Derbyshire, for a 12-month contract outside IR35. The role focuses on overseeing and developing the vehicle workshop, with emphasis on health & safety and engineering standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy vehicles (HGV, Plant, Tracked Vehicles), a strong mechanical engineering background (pumps, hydraulics), and a proven track record of leading teams and delivering HSE improvements.
